User Trial Program Manager – RQ16934

Pay: Up to $42.00 per hour

Location: 222 West Merchandise Mart Plaza, downtown Chicago
Work arrangement: Fully onsite. Candidates must be able to commute to downtown Chicago each workday.

Help shape what comes next at the iconic Chicago-based technology company behind the legendary batwing logo and a pioneering legacy in mobile communications. We are seeking a highly organized Program Manager to lead multiple user-trial projects for upcoming products and services.

This is an opportunity for a skilled multitasker who thrives in a fast-moving environment, meets tight deadlines, and adapts confidently as priorities evolve. You will recruit, engage, and motivate internal participants to put pre-release technology through real-world use and provide meaningful, actionable feedback. Because this position partners with global teams, candidates should be comfortable occasionally working early or late hours to collaborate with colleagues in China and Brazil.

What You'll Do

Lead User-Trial Programs

• Develop and execute comprehensive user-trial strategies aligned with product development and go-to-market plans.
• Recruit and manage a diverse group of employee participants for each trial.
• Coordinate devices, schedules, access, communications, and other program logistics.
• Build participation and maintain engagement through clear, consistent communication across multiple channels.
• Lead meetings and surveys that capture feedback on user experience, product performance, and feature preferences.
• Analyze feedback to uncover trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with product management, engineering, and design teams to translate user insights into product enhancements.
• Define and track key metrics that demonstrate program effectiveness and launch readiness.

Identify and Reduce Product Risk

• Identify critical defects, usability issues, and performance bottlenecks before launch.
• Prioritize findings and communicate risks clearly to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Work with development teams to resolve issues and strengthen overall product quality.

What You Bring

• Strong project management skills with demonstrated success in planning, organizing, and execution.
• A college degree and professional experience in project management, user research, or a related field.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn user feedback into clear, actionable recommendations.
• A genuine passion for technology, curiosity about how people use products, and exceptional attention to detail.

Pay Details: $42.00 per hour
