Production Manager

Foster a positive, respectful, and accountable workplace culture. Drive daily production while maintaining quality, safety, and customer service standards. Improve communication across day and night shifts through regular team huddles and leadership visibility. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs). Identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve productivity. Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and manage employee performance. Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve production challenges and improve customer satisfaction. Manage staffing, scheduling, workload distribution, and resource planning. Serve as a hands‑on leader who enjoys being on the production floor supporting the team. Qualifications (Required & Preferred) Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Experience managing hourly employees. Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills. Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities. Experience improving processes and driving operational excellence. Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and standard business software.
