Job Description:
This role will primarily support our concierge team, which handles reservation booking, coordinating host flow, managing walk-ins, supporting by-the-glass service for walk-in guests, and helping ensure the overall hospitality experience runs smoothly day to day.
We’re looking for someone:- Hospitality-Minded & Reliable: A natural floor lead who can support the team, lead by example, and maintain a polished, collaborative culture.
- Operationally Driven: Guest-focused, calm under pressure, and naturally collaborative.
- A Supportive Leader: Confident in helping our Hospitality Manager reinforce policies, processes, and service standards This role works closely with our Hospitality Manager to help reinforce service standards, daily organization, and overall guest experience.
The position is full-time (32-hour minimum) and compensation is $24/hour plus tips and commissions. The ideal candidate would have experience in hospitality leadership or elevated guest service environments, with a strong sense of professionalism, teamwork, and accountability. While there is some sales support involved, this is much more about team coordination, hospitality, and operational support than individual sales performance.
We’re also very open to helping develop the right person if they have strong hospitality instincts, professionalism, and the desire to grow into the role. Finding someone with the right aptitude and team mentality is just as important to us as direct experience.
