Multi-Axis CNC Production Specialist Be part of a team where precision and people come first

What you’ll work on- Operate CNC machines and dial in offsets to meet print specifications using clear setup instructions.
- Execute repetitive machining tasks with high consistency and quality.
- Read and interpret blueprints; align specs with inspection methods and documentation.
- Assist experienced machinists during setups to reduce downtime.
- Apply core machining principles and control functions to keep production on track.
- Run multiple machines in a cell to increase throughput efficiently.
- Leverage GD&T knowledge to produce accurate, in-tolerance parts.
- Coach fellow operators on repetitive tasks to strengthen team capability.
- Support the team with additional tasks to meet production goals.
- High school diploma; CNC technical diploma preferred
- 2+ years of machining experience
- Proficiency with precision measuring equipment
- Strong math and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to learn and grow
- GD&T
- CNC tooling
- G-code / M-code
- Precision measurement & hand metrology
- Machine setups for production runs
- Manual machining skills
- Type: Full-time
- Shift: 2nd shift (3pm-1:30am, M-F)
