Licensure/Certifications: Preferred – CRCST, CSPDT, CST

Experience: 3+ years in sterile processing or related fields

Pay Rate: $30.55 per hour

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage sterile processing operations to ensure timely and accurate preparation of surgical instruments and supplies
• Oversee inventory levels of OR supplies, ensuring adequate stock while maintaining cost efficiency
• Handle equipment maintenance and repairs to ensure operational readiness
• Train and develop staff, motivating team members to achieve departmental goals
• Maintain compliance with infection control and safety standards
• Document inventory transactions and report any supply discrepancies
• Work collaboratively with surgical teams and other healthcare professionals to support patient care needs

What You Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent; preferred: surgical technology certification or degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading sterile processing teams; preferred: 2+ years of sterile processing experience
• Certifications such as CRCST, CSPDT, or CST are preferred
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with hospital or surgical software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts
• Knowledge of safety protocols and infection control standards
