Dental Patient Services Advocate II - Front Office Care

AltaMed Health Services in West Covina is seeking a Patient Services Advocate to welcome patients and provide a positive front office experience. This role requires compassion and excellent communication skills to assist in delivering patient-focused care. Qualified candidates must possess a high school diploma, BLS certification, and ideally 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service. Bilingual skills in English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese are strongly preferred.
