Job Description

Job Summary:
Responsible for performing high-quality radiographs and CT scans, ensuring accurate imaging for diagnostic purposes. Capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with healthcare teams. The position requires standby responsibilities and after-hours, weekend, or holiday callback duties.

Responsibilities:

• Acquire diagnostic radiographs and CT images following established protocols.
• Operate imaging equipment safely and efficiently to produce optimal images.
• Verify patient identification and assist with positioning to ensure image accuracy.
• Maintain detailed documentation of procedures and patient information.
• Respond to imaging and technical needs during on-call and after-hours shifts.
• Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, answering patient and provider inquiries, and managing insurance-related issues as needed.

Qualifications:

• Hold an AS degree in radiologic technology from an accredited program.
• Possess a current certification by the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT).
• Maintain a valid California License in Radiology Technology (CRT).
• Hold and sustain a current BLS CPR Certification.
• Demonstrate ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Show commitment to patient safety and operational excellence.
