Midtown Manhattan, NY Pay: 58-60/HR
Are you a compassionate RN passionate about empowering patients through diabetes education and care management? Our client in Midtown Manhattan is seeking an experienced Diabetes Care & Education Specialist to join their growing team! TEMP opportunity with potential for long-term growth.
What Youll Do:
- Educate and support patients with diabetes management
- Develop individualized care plans
- Provide lifestyle, medication, and glucose monitoring education
- Educate patients on CGMs, insulin pens, and diabetic devices
- Help improve patient outcomes and reduce gaps in care
Qualifications:
- Active NYS RN License
- CDCES / Certified Diabetes Educator Certification REQUIRED
- 3+ years of Diabetes Education experience
- Strong patient education and communication skills
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
