Entry Level Sales Assistant | NO REMOTE

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Company: Advantage Marketing Solutions

Tired of the "Rush"? Trade the Apron for a Career.

Are you a server, bartender, or retail associate who loves working with people but is ready for a professional environment with better growth? Advantage Marketing Solutions is looking for hospitality and service industry pros to join our Fort Worth team as a Retail Sale Representative.

We know that if you can handle a Saturday night dinner rush or a busy grocery line, you have exactly what it takes to succeed in tech sales. We value your ability to communicate, solve problems on the fly, and make people smile.

Why You’ll Love This Career Change:

• Professional Environment: Trade the physical strain of hospitality for a professional, tech-focused retail setting.
• Growth Opportunities: We promote from within! This isn't just a job; it’s the first step into marketing and management.
• Competitive Pay: Enjoy a reliable hourly wage plus uncapped commissions and bonuses.
• Full Training: You don't need to be a "tech genius"—we provide paid, hands-on training on all products and services.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the Expert: Greet customers in-store and help them find the best wireless, internet, and entertainment solutions.
• Hospitality-First Sales: Use your "people skills" to build rapport and simplify complex technology for customers.
• Problem Solve: Help existing customers with account updates or upgrades, ensuring they leave happier than they arrived.
• Drive Results: Work with a high-energy team to meet and exceed weekly sales goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• The "Service" Heart: 1–2 years of experience in restaurants, hospitality, grocery, or retail.
• The "Grind" Mentality: You’re used to a fast-paced environment and staying positive under pressure.
• Local Presence: Must be able to commute to our retail locations in the Fort Worth area.
• Communication: You’re a "people person" who is comfortable starting conversations.

Ready to start your next chapter? Apply today and let’s put your customer service skills to work!
