GloballyHired has been engaged by a property owner in Dallas–Fort Worth to hire a Leasing Administrator for immediate hire. This is a hybrid temporary role, combining onsite lease support with remote administrative responsibilities. Responsibilities As a Leasing Administrator, you’ll manage lease documentation, track renewals, and support property managers with critical leasing data. You’ll review agreements, update systems, assist with audits, and coordinate tenant communications. The ideal candidate thrives in an administrative support role, ensuring compliance and efficiency in all lease-related processes. You’ll also help maintain digital and physical lease files, assist with tenant onboarding by preparing move-in documentation, and generate renewal and rent roll reports for property leadership. What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of administrative, leasing, or real estate support experience. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Familiarity with lease agreements and property management systems. Ability to track deadlines and ensure lease compliance. Communication skills to support property managers and tenants. Proficiency in MS Office and leasing software (Yardi, MRI, AppFolio preferred). Compensation This is a hybrid temporary position based in Dallas–Fort Worth, TX, with the potential to become permanent. Compensation ranges from $22–$30 per hour, depending on experience.
