What You Will Do The Nurse is responsible to provide medical & history screens and assessments and to accurately document them in the EMR. Provide routine nursing care and overseeing the medical and psychiatric management of the client in coordination with the attending physician. Participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to inform the clinical team about medical issues and is available for emergency medical situations. The Nurse provides all services under supervision of the Medical Director and Director of Nursing. Why work for us?
