BCI Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Preconstruction Manager to join our growing team and work in central Minnesota. Headquartered out of Sauk Rapids, MN. BCI specializes in Commercial, Medical, and Institutional Construction. This includes on-site training, scheduling, establishing goals and standards.Promote the company image through exercising sound and ethical business practices as they relate to customers, subcontractors, suppliers and the public.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:The ability to read, interpret and understand construction contracts, plans, blueprints and specificationsMaintain contact with customers to enhance image and customer relations.Develop new areas for the future expansion of customers and products as required.Work with Architects, Owners, Inspectors and Subcontractors as required to meet specifications, code requirements and customer needs.
