Work Environment

The FNP will work onsite at our hospital facility, fostering a collaborative environment with a team-oriented approach. The work schedule typically spans Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with occasional evening clinics until 8:00 p.m. Weekend community outreach events or health fairs may also be part of your responsibilities, demonstrating our commitment to engaging with the community outside standard office hours. This role averages approximately 40 hours per week, ensuring a sustainable work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health assessments and screenings for individuals and families, utilizing comprehensive evaluation techniques to detect both physical and mental health concerns.
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions, employing evidence-based practices and innovative healthcare methodologies for effective treatment.
• Collaborate actively with community organizations and stakeholders to develop, implement, and evaluate health education programs tailored to local health needs.
• Advocate for patients' rights, ensuring culturally sensitive care and equitable access to healthcare services.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up care to ensure that patients receive continuity of care, guiding them through each step of their healthcare journey.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
