YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR ASSET COORDINATOR

In this full-time role, you will help Edwards Group clients put their estate plans into action by guiding them through the steps needed to ensure their assets are properly aligned with their planning goals. You will draft and record deeds, review financial account statements and other asset information, and prepare the documents needed to restructure assigned client assets. You will collaborate with attorneys and internal team members to support each client throughout the estate planning process. You will also prepare detailed reports for upcoming client meetings and meet directly with clients to explain the asset coordination process, answer questions, and help ensure each step is completed accurately and on time. Additional responsibilities may include supporting internal auditing and process-improvement efforts, as well as completing other duties as assigned.
