Now Hiring: B2B Administrator RN01 Location USA Parkway

Position: B2B Administrator Pay Rate: $24.50 per hour Schedule: MondayFriday | 6:00 AM 2:30 PM Occasional overtime required

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end B2B process, including routing incoming orders and scheduling pickups with business partners
• Coordinate and oversee the order closing process within the WMS to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
• Print orders and required documentation (labels, pick sheets, packing instructions, etc.)
• Create Bills of Lading (BOLs) for outbound freight orders
• Utilize and maintain integration platforms to connect with B2B partners and streamline data exchange
• Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B inquiries, resolving concerns and maintaining positive partner relationships
• Perform quality checks to verify order accuracy and compliance with company standards
• Identify workflow improvements and implement process enhancements to increase productivity
• Maintain accurate B2B records and generate reports to assess performance
• Collaborate with warehouse staff and logistics teams to ensure seamless B2B operations

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in B2B administration, logistics, or supply chain management preferred
• Experience with routing systems such as Logicbroker, Bluejay, or Target TMS
• Proficient in WMS and integration platforms; data analysis experience is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Physical & Work Environment Requirements:

• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs and frequently lift up to 75 lbs
• Ability to transport up to 20 lbs
• Able to perform basic mathematical calculations
• Comfortable working in a distribution center environment with varying heights, temperatures, and moderate noise levels
• Ability to operate material handling equipment (including forklifts)
• Ability to work under pressure and handle high workloads
• Willingness to work extended hours or weekends as needed
