Associate Program Manager

TYC has been a global leader for more than 60 years, and our new Wixom, Michigan facility is launching an exciting new chapter as our first development and manufacturing hub outside of Asia.

What You’ll DoAs an Associate Program Manager, you will:
- Support new business acquisition by participating in RFQ Roundtable reviews.
- Respond to RFQs by coordinating business cases, quote preparation, and customer portal submissions.
- Identify risks and opportunities during the quoting phase and document action plans.
- Prepare quote proposals for Go/No-Go decisions.
- Contribute to new business strategies and growth plans.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Track customer invoicing milestones on development programs in partnership with Finance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date program financial dashboards throughout program development.
Although this role does not have direct reports, leadership, teamwork, and initiative are essential. TYCA supports employee development and career planning, with opportunities to grow into future people leadership roles.

- 3+ years of experience in the automotive industry or a related background.
- Understanding of business cases and financial KPIs.
- Experience managing multiple OEM customer quotations simultaneously.
- New site location experience is a plus.
