Key Requirements:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license and certification appropriate for school-based practice
• Experience working within a school setting preferred, though energetic new graduates are also encouraged to apply
• Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs and supportive student plans
• Comfortable working across multiple school sites with children from diverse backgrounds and grade levels
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
• Ability to start as soon as possible and commit through the 2026/2027 school year

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop effective treatment plans and goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress records for each student served
• Offer classroom modifications, adaptive strategies, and resource recommendations to empower student engagement and independence
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development
