Position: ICU Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Ft. Walton Beach, FL
Shift: Nights (Rotating Weekends)
Sign-On Bonus: Sign on: $10k Days / $15k Nights

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $29.04 – $34.32 (10 years of experience) – $39.60 (15 +years of experience) + Benefits
• Shift Differential: $4.25 (nights) + $1.50 specialty differentials
• Relocation assistance: Case by Case

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled ICU RN to provide high-acuity patient care in a collaborative critical care environment. This role requires strong clinical judgment, autonomy in decision-making, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care to critically ill patients requiring close monitoring
• Perform ongoing patient assessments and respond to clinical changes
• Administer medications and manage treatment plans
• Serve as a patient and family advocate while ensuring confidentiality
• Educate patients and families on treatment and care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year recent ICU, ER, or CVICU experience (within last 3 years)
• • PCU/IMCU accepted with 2+ years experience
• Active Florida RN license (or compact license; must obtain FL license within 60 days)
• BLS within 30 days of hire
• ACLS, TNCC, and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 90 days
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
