Job Summary:

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Med-Surg unit. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care while working collaboratively with physicians and the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient conditions during admission and shifts
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Document patient care accurately
• Respond promptly to patient needs
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and care

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience (any setting)
• BLS certification (within 30 days of hire)
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

Compensation & Benefits

• Shift Differential: $4.25/hr (nights)
• Sign-on Bonus: $10K (days) / $15K (nights)
• Relocation Assistance: Available (case by case)
