We are partnering with a growing staffing firm seeking an experienced Recruiter to help scale recruiting operations. In this full-time remote role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle by sourcing qualified candidates and securing placements for clients. This position is critical to the organization's growth and directly impacts overall revenue and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage candidate sourcing based on active job postings. Source and identify qualified candidates using candidate search platforms. Screen incoming resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews. Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future client needs. Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Follow up on placements to support candidate retention and ensure long-term candidate satisfaction. Must-Have Requirements Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting within a staffing or agency environment. Advanced proficiency using candidate sourcing platforms to find talent. Strong ability to work independently and consistently achieve hiring goals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup. Nice-to-Have Requirements Experience recruiting across a variety of client industries and skill sets. Recruiting experience within the healthcare or pharmacy sectors.
