Strategic HR Director: Build & Lead a New State Agency

North Carolina Council of District Attorneys is establishing its HR function and seeks an experienced Human Resources Director to shape recruitment, compensation, benefits, and personnel policies for District Attorney offices statewide. As part of the founding team, you will design practical HR systems, build a capable HR team, and partner with legal and fiscal staff to deliver compliant, timely personnel services in a collaborative culture that values public service. #J-18808-Ljbffr
