Construction Project Manager (New Grad 2027)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Construction Project Manager (New Grad 2027) to join a collaborative project delivery team. This entry-level role is designed for a recent or soon-to-be graduate who is passionate about construction, infrastructure, and the successful delivery of high-quality projects. You will support projects from early planning through to completion, gaining practical experience across scheduling, cost control, procurement, site coordination, quality, and safety.

Working alongside experienced project managers, consultants, contractors, and site teams, your responsibilities will include helping to develop and maintain project programmes, budgets, risk registers, and progress reports; coordinating project documentation and meetings; monitoring construction progress against agreed milestones; assisting with tendering, procurement, and contract administration; reviewing drawings, specifications, and technical information; and supporting the resolution of issues that may affect cost, quality, safety, or delivery timeframes. You will also contribute to site inspections, stakeholder communications, project close-out activities, and continuous improvement initiatives. A strong focus on health, safety, environmental standards, and professional conduct will be expected at all times.

Applicants should be completing, or have recently completed, a degree or diploma in construction management, civil engineering, project management, quantity surveying, architecture, or a related discipline, with graduation expected in 2027 or earlier. Relevant placement, internship, cadetship, or site experience is advantageous but not essential. You will need strong communication, organisation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, together with confidence using Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn project management and construction software. The successful candidate will be proactive, dependable, detail-focused, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. A commitment to developing a long-term career in construction project management is essential.
