Care Manager

We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands‑on support and build meaningful relationships with residents, enhancing their quality of life. Responsibilities Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care while following Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and documenting any changes. Promote safety, dignity, and independence, engaging residents through conversation and activities. Support dining services, maintain a clean environment, and communicate effectively with families and care teams. In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss. Qualifications High School Diploma/GED, age18+. CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain. Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
