M&T Enterprises is currently hiring a full-time Heavy Machinery Track Hoe Operator to join our team in Lehi, UT!

Role: Operate GPS-equipped track hoe for utility excavation and site grading. Follow plans, maintain equipment, and keep the site safe.
Duties:
- Run excavator for trenching, bedding, backfill on sewer, water, storm projects.
- Set and hold grades to plan specifications.
- Perform pre/post-shift machine checks and basic maintenance.
- Keep work area clean and compliant with OSHA rules.
- Coordinate with foreman, crew, and inspectors; report progress/issues.
Requirements:
- 2+ years operating track hoe/excavator.
- Familiar with GPS machine guidance.
- Ability to read construction plans and follow stakes.
- Lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver's license.
- Reliable, punctual, safety-first.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
