Key Responsibilities Make strategic decisions on couriers and maintain excellent relationships with key couriers. Maintain suitable insurance for goods in transit and external stock locations. Liaise with IT and oversee courier cost amortisation into financial control. Understand import routes, free trade agreements, duties and charges—ensuring paperwork is correct to avoid delays. Candidate Selection Criteria Be effective in negotiation, influencing, and building relationships with various stakeholders. Be able to plan, prioritize, and manage tasks independently and collaboratively, even under pressure.
