Account Manager Medizintechnik (m/w/d) Respiratory Care

Der Geschftsbereich Respiratory Care der ZOLL Medical Corporation entwickelt und vertreibt weltweit innovative, lebensrettende Produkte und Softwarelsungen fr Krankenhuser und Rettungsdienste. Als Teil der Acute Care Technologies (ACT)-Gruppe bietet der Geschftsbereich Respiratory Care moderne Beatmungs- und Atemtherapielsungen, die medizinisches Fachpersonal dabei untersttzen, Patienten bestmglich zu versorgen.

Zur Verstrkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine erfahrene Vertriebspersnlichkeit, die unsere Marktprsenz in Bayern weiter ausbaut, neue Geschftsmglichkeiten identifiziert und langfristige Kundenbeziehungen entwickelt. Sie arbeiten eng mit Krankenhusern und medizinischen Fachkrften zusammen und tragen dazu bei, innovative Lsungen erfolgreich im Markt zu positionieren.

Ihre Mission

Sie verantworten die Weiterentwicklung unseres Respiratory Care Geschfts in Bayern. Dabei bauen Sie bestehende Kundenbeziehungen aus, gewinnen neue Kunden und begleiten komplexe Vertriebsprozesse von der Bedarfsanalyse bis zum erfolgreichen Vertragsabschluss.

Ihre Aufgaben

Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Vertriebsstrategien zur Erreichung und bertreffung der Umsatzziele in Ihrem Vertriebsgebiet
Aufbau, Pflege und Ausbau nachhaltiger Kundenbeziehungen zu Entscheidern im Krankenhausumfeld
Identifikation, Qualifizierung und Entwicklung neuer Geschftsmglichkeiten
Eigenstndige Steuerung des gesamten Vertriebsprozesses von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zum Vertragsabschluss
Durchfhrung von Produktprsentationen, Demonstrationen und Kundenschulungen
Begleitung von Ausschreibungen und komplexen Verkaufsprojekten
Erstellung von Vertriebsprognosen, Marktanalysen und regelmigen Berichten
Pflege und Dokumentation aller Kundenaktivitten in Salesforce
Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, Clinical Support, Service und internationalen Teams
Reprsentation von ZOLL auf Messen, Kongressen und Fachveranstaltungen

Ihr Profil

Mehrjhrige erfolgreiche Vertriebserfahrung im Medizintechnik-, Healthcare- oder vergleichbaren B2B-Umfeld
Nachweisbare Erfolge im Vertrieb erklrungsbedrftiger Produkte oder Lsungen
Erfahrung im Krankenhausumfeld von Vorteil
Kenntnisse im Bereich Intensivmedizin, Ansthesie oder Respiratory Care sind wnschenswert, jedoch keine Voraussetzung
Ausgeprgte Kommunikations-, Prsentations- und Verhandlungsfhigkeiten
Hohe Eigenmotivation, Ergebnisorientierung und unternehmerisches Denken
Sicherer Umgang mit CRM-Systemen, idealerweise Salesforce
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Bayerns (ca. 70 %)
