Commercial Construction Project Manager Location: Bonsall, CA Salary Range: $110,000–$150,000 Build Projects the BKB Way If you're tired of constantly putting out fires, working with incomplete information, or managing projects without support, BKB Enterprises offers something different. Our Project Managers lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout using proven systems, proactive planning, and strong team collaboration. You'll have the support, technology, and leadership needed to focus on delivering successful projects not managing chaos. Responsibilities Manage commercial projects from bidding through closeout Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and project execution Review plans and specifications for constructability Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, procurement, and documentation Prepare bid packages and qualify subcontractors Develop and maintain Microsoft Project schedules Monitor budgets, costs, and project performance Lead communication with owners, architects, consultants, field teams, and subcontractors Conduct project meetings and provide regular project updates Support field operations to keep projects on schedule and within budget Projects You'll Build Commercial tenant improvements and ground-up construction High-end restaurant, retail, and hospitality projects Repeat-client work throughout California and the Southwest Why BKB? Organized projects with detailed preconstruction planning Procore-driven project management systems Strong communication between office and field Experienced leadership and project coordinator support Stable pipeline of high-profile commercial projects Opportunity to manage projects from start to finish Qualifications 10+ years as a Commercial Construction Project Manager Experience managing projects from bidding through closeout Commercial TI and/or ground-up construction experience Restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience preferred Strong knowledge of construction drawings and specifications Proficient in Procore (certified or willing to obtain certification before start) Advanced skills in Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Excel, Outlook, and Zoom Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, scheduling, and budgeting Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality Full-time, in-office position located in Bonsall, CA Must live within approximately 30 miles of the office Compensation & Benefits $110,000–$150,000 annual salary Blue Shield PPO medical coverage (including dental and vision) Full-time position Collaborative, team-first culture Career growth with a respected commercial builder About BKB Enterprises BKB Enterprises is a commercial general contractor specializing in restaurant, retail, hospitality, and entertainment construction throughout California.
