Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Production Associate (Solder) to join our team in Attleboro Falls, MA. This entry-level position plays a critical role in supporting daily production within the solder department, contributing to the creation of high-quality, precision-crafted products.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform soldering operations including set-up and charge, pin-stem, fusion, and dapping
• Support furnace operations, including loading, unloading, and transferring materials between production stages
• Maintain proper organization of work orders and ensure materials are handled accurately
• Adhere to all safety policies, PPE requirements, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Conduct routine housekeeping to maintain a clean and efficient work environment
• Ensure all work meets quality and production standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
• Previous soldering experience preferred
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• High level of accuracy with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and production tickets
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively
• Reliable attendance and a consistent work ethic

Preferred Experience

• Experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments
• Experience in assembly, packaging, or material handling
