Job Title: FP&A Analyst Company: our client Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 base salary + performance bonus About the Role XX is seeking a motivated FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving financial planning, analysis, and decision support across our growing healthcare operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with 2-4 years of FP&A experience to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic planning and operational decision-making. Prepare monthly variance analysis, KPI reporting, and performance dashboards for leadership. Analyze revenue trends, payer mix, and cost drivers to identify opportunities for margin improvement. Support the annual budgeting process, quarterly re-forecasts, and long-range financial planning. Partner with clinical, operations, and revenue cycle teams to provide actionable financial insights and scenario analysis. Assist in preparing board and investor presentations, including financial narratives and supporting schedules. Monitor industry benchmarks and healthcare-specific metrics to evaluate organizational performance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
