Property: Comfort Inn & Suites Medina NYStatus: Full-Time or Part-TimePay: Competitive hourly rate based on experienceYou set the tone for the guest experience.As a Front Desk Agent at Comfort Inn & Suites, you are the first and last impression of the hotel. We are looking for someone who is friendly, professional, and genuinely enjoys helping people. If you are personable, dependable, and take pride in doing things the right way, this role is for you.What You Will Do• Greet guests with a warm and professional attitude• Check guests in and out accurately and efficiently• Answer phones and handle reservations• Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns quickly• Balance cash and credit transactions• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area• Communicate clearly with housekeeping and maintenance teamsWhat We Are Looking For• Friendly, outgoing personality• Strong communication skills• Comfortable using computers and hotel systems• Ability to stay calm under pressure• Reliable attendance and punctuality• Weekend and holiday availabilityPreferred Experience• Previous hotel or customer service experience• Choice Hotels or similar brand experience a plusWhat You Can Expect• Supportive team environment• On-the-job training• Opportunity for growth within the hotelThis role requires standing for long periods and interacting with guests throughout your shift.
