Qualifications Demonstrated ability in customer-facing roles, including Customer Service and Customer Support. Experience focusing on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience, with a commitment to resolving issues effectively. Background working as Customer Service Representatives or in similar administrative or front-office positions. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with active listening and clear explanation of insurance-related information. Proficiency in basic computer applications and customer management systems; ability to learn new tools quickly. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Ability to work on-site full time in Gasport, NY, and interact respectfully with customers and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
