Responsibilities Coordinate and successfully execute New Product Introduction (NPI) projects concerning Fire Suppression products. Oversee all aspects of projects, establish deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and summarize project status. Prepare comprehensive reports for upper management regarding project statuses. Maintain familiarity with engineering, project management, and product concepts across disciplines. Execute tasks with quality and timeliness, whether under direct supervision or independently. Establish and sustain effective working relationships across teams. Utilize strong organizational skills to facilitate progress and drive results. Uphold the organization’s values by promptly escalating issues to appropriate managers for resolution, sharing best practices, and mentoring others. Build and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders, offering assistance with issues or concerns to ensure satisfactory resolution. Ensure that candidates meet citizenship or permanent residency requirements; sponsorship is not available. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering. At least 8 years of professional experience in electronic product design and new product introduction within a manufacturing context. At least 8 years of experience in program management. Proven track record of successfully managing product development projects to completion. Familiarity with PMI’s Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK®). Experience with product launches. Preferred Qualifications Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. Proficiency in Visio. Experience within the fire protection industry. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $120,000 – $140,000, determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, internal equity, and market data.
