About the Position

We are currently seeking a CDL A Driver for a local position in Hammond, Louisiana. This role offers a competitive pay structure and the opportunity to work Monday through Friday, with a rare Saturday shift. The driver will be responsible for transporting shuttles and general freight/dry goods.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $200 per day base
Additional Compensation: $7.50 per stop, $0.0015 per pound, $0.18 per mile
Schedule: Monday - Friday, with a rare Saturday
Start Time: TBD based on shift needs

Job Details

Route Type: Local, Home Daily
Freight / Load Type: Shuttles, General Freight/Dry Goods
Equipment: 48 FT Trailer
Minimum Experience Required: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

Key Responsibilities

Transport freight safely and efficiently
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies
Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups

Minimum Requirements

Valid CDL
1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience
Clean Motor Vehicle Record
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
