. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Mike Doperalski - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

You must obtain the required insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life, Accident, & Health) prior to your start date. The agency will assist you with the licensing process and reimburse associated costs upon completion and start of employment.

Compensation shown includes average commissions; commission is uncapped with no earning limits.
