No previous sales experience is required. This is a travel-based position, with representatives working primarily throughout the Upper Midwest. Eligible team members receive company-provided housing and covered travel expenses during qualifying work assignments. Key Responsibilities

Engage with potential customers through face-to-face, door-to-door sales. Present and explain company products and services to prospective customers. Build relationships with customers and identify their needs. Develop strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills. Work independently and collaboratively to achieve sales goals. Maintain a professional and positive attitude when representing the company. Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and professional development. Qualifications

No previous sales experience necessary. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and improve. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Comfortable speaking with new people. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness and availability to travel for work assignments throughout the Upper Midwest. 100% Commission-Based Compensation | Average Earnings: $10,000–$50,000 This position is compensated entirely through commissions earned on qualifying sales.
