Quick Facts Location: Yakima, WA Start Date: 06/18/2026 End Date/Duration: Ongoing/Temp to Perm potential Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am – 5pm Hours/week: 40 Employment Type: Full-time License/Certs: Active Washington State license preferred, BLS Certification required Experience: Must have completed a masters or doctorate degree with practicum experience Pay & Benefits Pay package discussed upon application Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Medical benefits (W-2) coverage Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws What You’ll Do Conduct diagnostic hearing tests, including pure tone air and bone conduction, speech audiometry, and impedance audiometry for a diverse patient population Interpret test results and communicate findings effectively to patients and physicians Recommend follow-up medical procedures, hearing aids, ear protection, and other interventions Perform hearing aid evaluations and fittings, providing patient instruction on maintenance and operation Conduct routine hearing aid troubleshooting and maintenance for devices purchased through the clinic Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive auditory care What You Need Active Washington State license (preferred) Successful completion of a master’s or doctorate program in audiology with practicum experience Current BLS certification Strong communication and patient care skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team About the Assignment As a valued member of the audiology team, you will support patients across all ages in a welcoming clinic environment.
