Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth, ensuring a secure and confidential environment for clients.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments, identifying clients’ mental health needs and establishing baseline data for treatment planning.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, regularly reviewing progress and making necessary adjustments.
• Provide crisis intervention and ongoing mental health counseling, ensuring clients have access to urgent support when needed.
• Maintain up-to-date and thorough documentation in compliance with federal, state, and company standards, utilizing designated electronic health records systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and case managers, to coordinate care and referrals when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position primarily serves adult clients experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. You will work with individuals seeking support for various life transitions, relationship issues, and personal development goals. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling is required.
• An active Washington State license as either a LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC.

• Proficiency in telehealth technology and electronic health records management.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of experience as a mental health therapist, preferably in a telehealth environment.
• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Motivational Interviewing (MI).
• Familiarity with crisis intervention techniques and best practices in mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, reflecting your experience and contributions to the team.
