Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to establish the treatment needs of clients and creating individualized, recovery-based treatment plans based on assessment results.
• Utilizing evidence-based techniques and methodologies to provide clinical services, including one-on-one counseling sessions and group therapy.
• Regularly evaluating and modifying treatment approaches according to progress and assessed needs.
• Assisting clients in developing crucial life skills such as coping strategies, communication techniques, and problem-solving skills.
• Educating clients about available community resources and advocating for their access to these services, ensuring they have the tools necessary to thrive.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in accordance with licensing regulations and organizational policies to minimize paperwork and maximize direct client interaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of this role includes working with adult clients who may experience a range of mental health issues that hinder their ability to achieve independence in their everyday lives. You will provide support to individuals who may struggle with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other conditions that impact their social and occupational functioning. Your engagement and guidance will be essential in improving their quality of life.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current state license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• The ability to practice independently without supervision, ensuring you deliver high-quality care.
• A clean disciplinary record with no active sanctions on your license.
• Experience in providing direct clinical services to diverse populations.

Preferred Experience

While all licensed mental health professionals are encouraged to apply, preferred experience includes:

• Prior work in community health settings or similar environments.
• Utilization of telehealth platforms and tools for conducting sessions.
• A background in developing and implementing person-centered care strategies that have proven effective.
• Knowledge or experience in trauma-informed care approaches.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, alongside a robust benefits package that includes:
