Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to accurately assess clients' mental health status and establish their needs for effective treatment.
• Create tailored treatment plans that align with clients' therapeutic goals, utilizing evidence-based techniques and solution-focused strategies.
• Provide individual therapy sessions to adult clients, leveraging your knowledge and experience in various therapeutic modalities.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms to offer virtual therapy sessions, ensuring accessibility and comfort for clients in their own environments.
• Implement crisis intervention services as necessary, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor while ensuring client safety.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, staying informed about current trends in mental health to enhance therapeutic practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your client focus will primarily involve adults experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. You will employ your expertise to develop strong therapeutic alliances, providing guidance and support that empower clients to reach their mental health goals.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Possess a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrate superior communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring a compassionate approach to client relationships.
• Exhibit strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage your caseload.
• Maintain a clean professional record with no history of disciplinary actions on board.

Preferred Experience

We are looking for candidates who have at least two years of experience working as a licensed mental health counselor. Experience in teletherapy and working with diverse populations is highly preferred. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth technologies will be advantageous to streamline your administrative tasks.

• Competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
