Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse history, challenges, and mental health status.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address not only the addiction issues but also the underlying mental health conditions contributing to the client’s struggles.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Collaborate closely with other treatment team members, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure an integrated and client-centered approach.
• Educate and support family members, providing them with resources and involvement in the recovery process to enhance the client's success.
• Maintain meticulous and accurate records of client interactions and progress, ensuring compliance with both state regulations and organizational standards.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
