Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions through telehealth, ensuring a safe and private environment for clients.
• Perform comprehensive intake evaluations to assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.
• Deliver ongoing mental health counseling, including crisis intervention and support services when required.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, evaluations, and progress notes that comply with Federal and State regulations, as well as company standards.
• Utilize telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems efficiently to manage client information and therapy notes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients confronting various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and family issues. You will help these individuals navigate their hurdles in a supportive online setting, playing a crucial role in enhancing their overall well-being and quality of life. Our clients are from various backgrounds, and your sensitivity to cultural and personal differences will be paramount in developing effective therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications

• A valid and active Washington State license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated skills in clinical assessment and treatment planning, with an ability to implement individualized therapeutic interventions.
• Proficiency with telehealth technology and electronic health records to enhance service delivery and client management.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling or a related field, with a proven track record of managing caseloads and client needs effectively.

Compensation and Benefits
