Work Environment

The position is designed for a remote setting, allowing you the flexibility to provide care from anywhere. Utilizing telehealth technology, you'll connect with clients through virtual platforms that ensure secure and confidential interactions. Our team supports a healthy work-life balance, working within defined hours, Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM PST.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' mental health status through scheduled telehealth sessions.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that include therapeutic interventions to address specific mental health issues.

• Regularly monitor and review clients' progress, adjusting treatment approaches as needed to ensure effective outcomes.

• Equip clients with necessary coping skills and strategies to navigate their unique challenges during therapy sessions.

• Provide referrals to additional healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists, when medication management is indicated.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress within our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Participate in team meetings and collaborative sessions to discuss patient cases and enhance therapeutic strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clientele primarily consists of individuals dealing with a variety of mental health disorders, ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex conditions. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience in providing mental health counseling or therapy services.

• Strong understanding of diverse mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Demonstrated skill in conducting both individual and group therapy sessions using an inclusive, culturally responsive approach.

Preferred Experience

• Proficiency in handling crisis situations with a calm demeanor and effective intervention strategies.

Compensation and Benefits
