Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health, emotional well-being, and personal goals during initial consultations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to each client's unique needs and aspirations, tracking progress through regular evaluations.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, providing effective interventions in individual, family, and group therapy settings.
• Offer timely crisis intervention and support, managing urgent client situations to ensure safety and emotional stability.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with ethical and legal standards, leveraging electronic health record systems designed for efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to enhance treatment outcomes through comprehensive care.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health care by participating in ongoing professional development, including webinars, workshops, and conferences.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW).

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering meaningful connections with clients.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary of $90,000 to $110,000, reflective of your experience and professional qualifications. In addition to salary, our benefits package includes:
