Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, personal strengths, and resources, tailoring care to their unique needs.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
• Establish and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate specific goals and therapeutic interventions designed to foster client engagement and progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care that addresses all aspects of the client’s mental health.
• Provide crisis intervention services, perform risk assessments, and create safety plans as necessary to address acute situations and ensure client safety.
• Facilitate a variety of therapeutic group sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups that promote community and learning among participants.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation in compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards, ensuring quality control and accountability in care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse population ranging from children and adolescents to adults and seniors. Our clients present with a blend of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other trauma-related disorders. Qualifications

• An accredited Master’s degree in Social Work is required.
