Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker for Remote Detox Center

Position Overview

Southwest Behavioral Health Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dedicated team. This full-time position is remote, allowing you to impact our clients' lives while working from the comfort of your home. Work Environment

The LCSW will operate remotely, connecting with clients and team members through our telehealth platform while having the flexibility of a full-time schedule. Regular work hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, although some evening or weekend hours may be necessary to accommodate client needs. We ensure that our social workers have access to all the required tools and systems to deliver effective counseling remotely and participate actively in team discussions aimed at advancing patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services to clients within the detox center, utilizing evidence-based practices to guide your therapeutic interventions.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans aimed at empowering clients in their recovery journey.
• Collaborate as a vital team member to achieve common goals; engage with colleagues to foster collaboration and integrate diverse approaches to care.
• Maintain compliance with professional ethical guidelines and the code of conduct specific to our organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will serve a diverse clientele who are facing significant challenges associated with mental health and substance use issues. Qualifications

• A current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker credential in California.
• Exceptional knowledge and expertise in assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and risk assessment for assigned populations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated ability to work respectfully with individuals from varied cultural backgrounds and belief systems.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, ideally in a behavioral health setting, is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranges from USD 85,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
