Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each client's needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that target specific goals and employ interventions appropriate for clients’ unique situations.
• Facilitate crisis intervention strategies and risk assessments as necessary, ensuring clients’ safety while navigating tough emotional challenges.
• Engage in case consultations and collaborate closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of well-coordinated care.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation, adhering to ethical and legal standards for clinical practices.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required for this role.
• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits
