Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to evaluate mental health concerns, identifying clients' strengths, weaknesses, and supportive needs.
• Deliver evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy, customizing treatment plans to reflect each client's unique cultural background and experiences.
• Utilize methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy to support healing and recovery.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans that set clear, achievable goals for clients.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create and implement comprehensive treatment strategies that address both mental health and substance use needs.
• Provide crisis intervention services, including conducting risk assessments and creating actionable safety plans for clients in distress.
• Advocate for clients by connecting them with necessary community resources and managing case documentation and follow-ups.
• Actively participate in community outreach initiatives to promote mental health awareness and resources, reinforcing our commitment to de-stigmatizing mental health care.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, complemented by a sign-on bonus for new hires.
