Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand the unique needs of each client and developing personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that reflect their goals.
• Implementing a range of psychotherapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to the severity and nature of their mental health conditions.
• Maintaining precise clinical documentation, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and clinic standards, ensuring all client records are confidential and up-to-date.
• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review sessions, enhancing the quality of treatment through shared insights and experiences.
• Providing education to clients and their families about mental health issues, available treatments, and community resources, empowering them with knowledge to make informed decisions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population facing a range of mental health issues, specifically those undergoing detoxification and seeking recovery from substance use disorders. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating a strong foundation in clinical practice.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Florida, reflecting your professional qualification to practice independently.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, equipping you with the expertise necessary for effective client care.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
