Work Environment

Your work as an LCSW will be remote, allowing you the flexibility to provide care to families in need from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments of young children with developmental delays or disabilities.
• Participating actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring that they are tailored to each child's unique needs.
• Monitoring child development outcomes in coordination with a multidisciplinary team, analyzing data to inform recommendations for ongoing services.
• Providing vital support and guidance to families through educational and skills-based interventions aimed at enhancing their children's development.
• Compliance with all Federal and State regulations to ensure the highest quality of care and safety for all clients.
• Implementing strategies based on evidence-based practices and respecting the principles of Natural Learning Environment Practices.
• Utilizing coaching models in your interactions with families to foster constructive relationships that promote effective learning environments.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on young children, particularly those affected by disabilities or developmental delays. Through targeted interventions, you will contribute to the physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being of these children while empowering their families with the knowledge and tools necessary for fostering healthy development. You will work closely with infants and toddlers during their formative years, helping to pave the way for their future success and ensuring they reach vital developmental milestones.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.
• Current LCSW licensure from the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver’s license for occasional travel, as needed for client engagement.
