Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Inner Flourish, you will be tasked with a range of responsibilities designed to promote recovery and well-being:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify the mental health needs and risks of patients, tailoring treatment plans using established best practices and solution-oriented strategies.
• Administer various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting approaches to the unique situations of your clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations, which is crucial in safeguarding patient privacy and information.
• Collaborate closely with a diverse team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver coordinated care and ensure a holistic treatment approach.
• Engage in case consultations and peer review meetings, continually enhancing your skills and contributing to team knowledge sharing which directly improves patient care.
• Provide essential education and resources to patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment pathways, and local community support services, fostering empowerment.
• Stay current with research and best practices in the field, integrating new findings into your clinical work to continuously improve mental health outcomes for patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals undergoing detoxification, many of whom are navigating complex co-occurring mental health issues. This experience will require you to provide tailored support, balancing empathy with strict adherence to evidence-based practices. You will witness firsthand the transformative impact of comprehensive care on your clients, guiding them through one of the most challenging stages of their mental health journey.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Texas is mandatory.
• At least three years of clinical experience, particularly in providing psychotherapy services, is expected.
• Strong understanding of solution-focused therapies and a commitment to ethical practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport with patients effectively.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, essential for navigating complex client situations.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in detox or substance use disorder settings is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

In recognition of your skills and dedication, we offer an annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
